How to Clean Feathers...

Happy New Year Everyone!

I promised people Id do more blogs relating to feather crafting and some basic DIY skills.

Tips for feather cleaning are:

1.Simply fill a basin of warm water and add a little washing up liquid(anti bac is best)

2. Add your feathers, dont use a sponge simple swish them around and leave them for 10 minutes.

3. Fill another basin with fresh water and rinse the feathers.

4. Lift the feathers out and place onto some kitchen roll.

5. Either Blow dry the feathers or you can try the tumble dry method(make sure you have a pillowcase handy!)
